Please volunteer at St. Mark’s Breakfast Café with your fellow St. Philip’s parishioners on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. This month, that is this Saturday, March 16. Contact Walter Moore for more information.

Tuesday Evening Gardening Class: Tom Neils will be co-leading eight gardening classes on Tuesday evenings in March and April at Fuller Avenue Christian Reformed Church, 1239 Fuller Avenue SE (near the corner of Fuller and Hall). The classes will cover trees and bushes, native plants and the local watershed, planning a garden plot, and cooking with your produce. The classes will meet from 6:30-7:30 pm every Tuesday evening in March and April, except for April 2. A simple dinner will be served from 6-6:30 pm before each session. All are welcome and everyone will get a free cookbook! If you have any questions, call Tom at 616-238-3040. |
